Crook County Circuit Court Records

The Crook County Circuit Court moved to a new location on October 28, 2024. The court is now at 260 NW 2nd Street, Suite 300, in Prineville, 97754. The previous address was 300 NE Third Street. If you are visiting the courthouse for traffic ticket records, make sure to go to the new address.

Call the court at 541-447-6541. Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Court administrator Katie Slattery oversees operations. The Crook County Circuit Court handles all traffic violations filed in the county. This includes speeding tickets, stop sign violations, and other citations from highways and local roads in the Prineville area.

The court uses the Oregon eCourt system to manage traffic ticket records. Public terminals at the courthouse let you search cases at no charge. You can look up records by name or case number. The clerk can help you get copies if you need them.
